MCDERMOTT/KEARNS/TYNAN: THE IRISH TENORS

This album was recorded live at the Royal Dublin Society Main hall, Dublin, Ireland.  These men
follow the same footsteps as the THREE TENORS which was by Luciano Pavarotti, Placido Domingo, and
Jose Carreras.  The results are pretty good.  John McDermott, Anthony Kearns and Ronan Tynan are
amazing interpreters of national vocal music.  They sing many songs solo and also sing as a trio.
The album starts out with a very amazing  song as they sing as a trio “Minstrel Boy.”  One of the
best songs on the album and a very amazing one is “Believe me.”  “I'll take you home again Kathleen,” is
one of the best songs on the album.  It's a very astonishing song performed by Tynan.  Kearns performs a
very amazing song called “Mountains of Mourne.”  A song that will just blow you away is “Toora-Loora-
Looral.”  The song is one of the best and they all sing as a trio in the song.  Other songs include “Will ye
go, Lassie, Go?,” “The town I loved so well,” “Danny Boys,” “When Irish eyes are smiling,” and many
many more.
Is this album worth my money?  Definitely, if you listen to Opera.  If you don't, give them a try.
These are some amazing timeless Irish classics.  This album has 21 amazing songs.
