Revolver

That's my favourite Beatles album. All-time great! Certainly all tracks are extraordinary. Paul's "Here there and everywhere", "For no one", "Eleanor Rigby", George's indian style song "Love you to", "Taxman", John's "I'm only sleeping", "Tomorrow never knows"(Brilliant!) ...One of the best record in this century!! Although many fans were mystified, even appalled.

Revolver made a liberation to the limitations of music, a new breakthough of rock music. There's no thing Beatles cannot do in music!

Here are info of the songs

Taxman

Perfect opening song. "Taxman" featured a stinging quitar solo and gave a satire to British politicians. Interesting song! It's by George.

Eleanor Rigby

Paul's lead vocal, plus brief backing vocals by John and George. George Martin conducted a double string quartet.

I'm only sleeping

One of my all-time favourite. Lyrics are great! "Everybody seems to think I'm lazy. I don't mind...
I think thaey are cracy..." John also did similar great song "Watching the wheels" in 1980.
George's backwards quitar solos, played with reversed quitar chords.

Love you to

Indian style song. Sitar, tabla instruments. George's song. Oringinally called "Granny Smith". Ringo is the only Beatle present in the final mix, tapping a tambourine.

Here, there and everywhere

Beautiful Paul Mccartney ballad, It's simple. Paul wrote this song with John and George.

Yellow Submarine

John and Paul wrote it especially for Ringo, it made a number one when issued as a single. Also inspired the making of film Yellow Submarine in 1968.

She said, She said

It was John's drug experience!

For no one

Good ballad of Paul Mccartney. It was recorded by Paul, Ringo and a French horn player.

Tomorrow never knows

John Lennon's discordant voices, sounds and effects. It proof that the Beatles' music had changed from "Love me do".
