March News

28. March
Well, I don't know if this is from anybody's interest but I've been to a pub last night. And there was a band who did loads of covers of different artists.
Well, they did a cover of Angels - which wasn't that good but never mind - and I think that's one of the best promotion Robbie can get!! (If he likes somebody else singing his songs or not...)What about airplay when you come to a pub and you hear that song sung by some un-known band? That's even better. And it's kind of a 'tribute' to Rob and his music, isnt' it?!
Cover versions of The Beatles' songs are a common thing (just for example), but a cover of one of Robbie's songs?! Wow!!
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know as I myself still can't get over it...!

Wow!!!....

Here you'll find what Rob had to say on the Chart Show this morning.

22. March
Rob got the highest new entry today with Let Me Entertain You at No. 3!
That's even a better position than the one Angels got in its first week...

13. March

Tomorrow Rob will be at "Live & Kicking" on BBC1.

11. March
Rob got a small feature in today's Melody Maker. They write about his new single and the video that's accompanying it:
Rob appears as a cross between Batman and The Joker and at first glance, he looks more like Kiss frontman Gene Simmons, with his face painted in theatrical black and white greasepaint in a tribute to the world of entertainment and seventies glam rock.
He's seen on stage wearing a sparkling, chestless body-suit and swinging from a wire playing a double-neck electric guitar, while pole dancers slide up and down on the stage.
Let Me Entertain You is the fifth single from his platinum-selling first solo album, Life Thru A Lens. It's released this coming Monday. B-sides include his Brit Awards' "Full Monty" medley duet with Tom Jones, a cover of Pet Shop Boy's "I wouldn't normally do this kind of thing" and a new song, "I am the erection" (which is written as "Reserection", but with the "Res" crossed out).
A variety of remix packages are also available.

7. March
