CROWD TO PLAY GERMANY?
JUNE 11: The band is currently having "serious" discussions about a German tour in March or April 2003. Once again, stand by for more updates as the dates grow closer.
THE CROWD PLAY AT "CLASS OF '77" SHOW
DEC. 21 '01: The Crowd made a last minute appearance at the "Class of '77" show on December 9th at the El Rey Theater in Los Angeles - this huge concert featured a whole slate of L.A. punk bands from the golden age (including Geza X, the Runaways, the Adolescents, Lee Ving of Fear, Bad Religion, the Circle Jerks, TSOL, and Agent Orange.) The show was hosted by two members of the early L.A. punk scene, Pleasant Gehman and Hal Negro, and was a billed as a benefit show for Flipside magazine as well as a book release party for "We Got the Neutron Bomb" by Masque owner, Brendan Mullen and Spin Magazine senior contributing writer, Marc Spitz. The Crowd played mostly their hits from the late 70's, including a very rare performance of Trix are for Kids.
