This is the list of the sessions I know Steve Simpson appears... I've classified them into several categories:

Ruan O'Lochlainn This was a solo single from Steve's mate in Slim Chance. The song was co-written by Ruan, Steve Simpson and Ronnie Lane.

Ronnie Lane

This was the comeback album for good ol' Ronnie. As always, with great musicians, including many of Ronnie's former mates: Steven Simpson (fiddle, mandolin), Cal Batchelor (guitar), Alun Davies (guitar), Eric Clapton (guitar), Henry McCullough (guitar), Brian Belshaw (bass), Chrissy Stewart (bass), Charlie Hart (keyboards, violin), Billy Livsey (keyboards), Mel Collins (sax), Bruce Rowland (drums), Carol Grimes (vocals), Penny Wood (vocals). The album was also reissued under another title, One step.


Chris Farlowe Fantastic singer, this is his new album from year 2000. Produced by guitarist Norman Beaker, who also plays here, along with Micky Moody (guitar), Mick Green (guitar), John Price (bass), Dave Baldwin (keyboards), Lenni (sax, he was a member of Sad Cafe with the late Paul Young), Dave Lewis (sax), Steve Simpson (fiddle), Paul Jones (harmonica), Paul Burgess (drums). 
OTHER SESSIONS


Ray Dexter & The Layabouts Sorry, I don't know who they are. This album was recorded with: Steve Simpson (guitar, violin), Nick Strutt (guitar, mandolin), Dave Nash (steel guitar), Richard Bull (bass), Al Saxon (keyboards), Barry Dye (drums). 
Bob Pegg
He was a member of the band Mr. Fox. This album was recorded with: Steve Simpson (guitar, violin), Nick Strutt (guitar, mandolin), Richard Bull (bass), Dave Hammel (drums), and Mick Yarrow. 
John Lodge
John Lodge is the bassist in Moody Blues. This was his solo album, with help from many fantastic musicians: Billy Lawrie (vocals), Gary Osborne (vocals), John Richardson (vocals), Alan Williams (vocals), Chris Spedding (guitar), Steve Simpson (guitar), Mick Weaver (keyboards), Mel Collins (sax), Jimmy Jewell (sax), Martin Dobson (horns), and Kenny Jones (drums). 
Bernardo Lanzetti This Italian artist was a member of famed Premiata Forneria Marconi. After leaving the band, he recorded several albums in England around 1979 with Steve Simpson (guitar), Ian Carr (trumpet), John G. Perry (bass), Clive Bunker (drums), Frank Ricotti (percussion). I need more details on which albums Steve appears! 
Kai Olsson
Kai is Nigel Olsson's younger brother. Kai was in the British band Longdancer, who were on Rocket Records (Elton John's label) in 1973/74. Dave Stewart was also in that group and later went to The Tourists and Eurythmics.

In Crazy love, his second album, we can find: Mick Grabham (guitar), Terry Britten (guitar), Barrie Guard (guitar, keyboards), Ray Taff Williams (guitar), Dave Wintour (bass), Herbie Flowers (bass), Cliff Hall (keyboards), Steve Nye (keyboards), Steve Simpson (violin), Andrew Jackman (mandolin), Ron Aspery (sax, from Back Door), Stuart Brooks (trumpet), Stuart Elliott (drums), Alan Coulter (drums), Linda Taylor (vocals), and from Manfred Mann Earth Band: Colin Pattenden (bass) and Chris Slade (drums).


Andy Roberts A great artist, someday he'll have his own pages in my Olympus site. This album features him with B.J. Cole (pedal steel guitar), Steve Simpson (fiddle), Pete Wingfield (keyboards), Graham Preskett (keyboards, violin), Paul Jones (harmonica), Melanie Harrold (vocals). 
Steve Booker I don't know who he is. This album features Tim Renwick (guitar), Steve Simpson (guitar), Neil Taylor (guitar), John Giblin (bass), Matt Irving (accordion), Geoff Dugmore (drums), Martin Ditcham (percussion), and backing vocals by Tessa Niles, Carol Kenyon.
