Hearing Ricky Martin hitting it big brought back my memories of Menudo so I brought out my Menudo CD and how do I miss being 13. I just love Ray Reyes Leon he is the best. He still makes me feel like that lusting 13 year old I once was. Only wanting to m et him and be able to talk to him. Which neighter have I done. I would love to meet him still. I'm so happy that the guy's decided to form the group el reencuentro. I'm 30 years old and I had been reminicing about my teenage years when I came across some old, taped, Menudomania programs. As I watched the tapes I could'nt help but wish that I was ifteen all over again. I was so infatuated with Ray Reyes and when I found out he was being retired from the group I cried for an entire week. My mother did'nt know what to do with me. I was'nt only upset that he was leaving the group, but that I would be going to Puerto Rico that summer in 1985 to stay with family who were getting me tickets to the show. I remember being so excited that I would finally be able to be close to him and in the same room. Then, devastation struck, and he was replaced. I d d go to the show, however I was'nt as happy as I should have been. Now I feel that I have a second chance to fulfill that dream. I live in Dumont, New Jersey in the United States and recently found out about El Reencuentro. I'm desperate to find out th ir tour dates for Puerto Rico or Nueva York and New Jersey.
