My Very First NSync Experience.

I'm sorry if this takes awhile, but there is ALOT to tell.

Well, it all started about 3 monts ago when I had just become a NSync fanatic. By bargining with the ticket lady, I got 4 tickets to the sold out concert in Nashville Tennesse at the Ryman Auditorium, on December 11. I was really upset to find out we were in the back row. But then again, the Ryman only HAS 20 rows... and the seats are all elevated. So it wasn't bad at all. Now, at about 11:30 me and 2 of my friends (Beck and Lacey) got out of school, and met another friend of ours (Lindsey) and headed up to Nashville. We first rounded the corner and saw the infamous maroon and silver NSync bus sitting outside the Ryman. First we went and (tried to) eat at planet holywood. After that, we went to wait at the Ryman. When we got there, there was a small crowd of people crowded around the bus. Come to find out, one of Lance's best friends was in the middle of the circle. He was using one of the girls cell phones to call the guys in they're hotel room. We, (of course) ran over there and listened in. The guys were planning on ariving around 4:00 pm. We said by to the guy and started talking to the lucky girl whose phone he had used. Since we were they're at 2:00 pm, and the concert didn't start untill 7:30, we were a few of the only people there. And quite frankly after 4 hours of being right next to two girls, you get to know them quite well. In the meantime, we all got out picture made in front of the Ryman (making sure to get the bus in the background). We waited and waited and waited, (untill i thought my legs would fall off). And finally it was about 4 pm. Me and Lindsey were walking around the gift shop, when she happened to see a huge bus drive around the corner comming in the direction of the auditorium. Well, needless to say, we were out that door before anyone even noticed we were gone. Once we got out there, the bus stopped at the intersection right in front of the Ryman. And all of a sudden I saw the back of Lance's head. I was totally freaked out. Then all of a sudden Lindsey said "look, Ashlee, there's Chris, I can see his hair!" and as she said that, the friend of lance's moved his head... and there he was... the perfect man. Chris was sitting directly across from the window and was watching TV. Lance turned around and waved at everybody. I tried to see what Chris was watching on the TV, and as far as I could see it looked like a skateboarding show. I, of course, took out my camera and took a few pictures, hoping the pics would come out... (we'll see when i get the film back). Eventually, Lance's friend pulled down the curtain and we couldn't see them any more. We went back inside and told our friends about it. All of them were completley shocked that I acted completely normal, they expected me to faint or even possibly die, but i didn't. I was pround.

Finally, at about 5:30, they started letting winners of the meet and greet passes in backstage. We expected them to pick the first 20 people to go back also, like they usually do. But Lance's same friend came back, and told us becuasue this was such a small venue, that they would not be doing that. Needless to say, we were dissapointed. But Erin went up to Lance's friend and asked him if she could get us all backstage passes, because she let him use her phone. We were all shocked to see him take off his VERY OWN meet and greet pass, and give it to her. She came back and told us he only had one to give away. We were really happy for her. She was extreemly nice, and took all of our CD covers up, to see if she could get our favorite members to sign them. After about 20 minutes she came back down the stairs shaking. She had all of our CD covers. She handed Lacey hers (signed by JC) and Lindsey hers (signed by Justin). Then she handed me mine with this awfull look on her face and said that she couldn't get it becuase Chris wasn't at the meet and greet. I was upset, but realized it wasn't her fault. I MEAN WHAT WAS CHRIS THINKING... NOT SHOWING UP TO THE MEET AND GREET!!!

Any way, after 4 hours of standing, we got to the concert totally psyched! First, Brittany spears performed 4 of her songs... then there was an intermission. And finally, the five hottest guys on earth all walked out on stage. They did the infamous star wars intro, and when they ripped off they're space suits, i about flipped out! They wore 4 different outfits durring the concert, plus the space suits. First of all they sang "Crazy for you", "God must have spent". Then they chnaged, (CHRIS WAS WEARING A SKIN TIGHT SEE THROUGH BLACK MESH SHIRT THAT ALMOST MADE ME PASS OUT) and then they sung "giddy up", "I drive myself crazy", and "you got it". Then they changed again, (into winter clothes) and sung "merry christmas happy holidays", "under my tree" and "O holy night". They had the stage set up like a house's living room at Christmas, including stockings for each guy on a huge fire place. And occasionally, they would make fake snow drop from the celing. Then they changed once again, and sang "Here we go", "for the girl", and "I want you back". They left and eventually came back for an encore of "tearin' up my heart". At the very end, Chris grabbed a UT football (obviously ment for Justin) and ran across (and off) the stage with it.

All of these songs were intermixed with all sorts of rap and R&B medeleys. Including Justin doing an absolutly fabulos version of Usher's "My Way". Plus the famous "If ya'll wanna party like we do..." and "when we say N... you say sync..." and "yes yes yes here we go... NSync has got the flow..." Plus the part of the show where they spray the audience with water bottles. It was a wonderfull show, and we could see them suprisingy perfect. The tickets said no cameras or recorders, but I Took 55 pictures... so if they come back good, i'll put them on this page within a week or two.

Now, the next morining, we got up at 6:00 am and headed over to Ticketmaster. We bought tickets for the next show in Nasville at the Arena. We are in the 13th row, so we are moving closer and closer... come back then to see another NSync review... hopefully it is even better than the last!!!!
