Cause of Death: Died suddenly during surgery whilst having a cancerous
tumor on his heart removed
Final Resting Place: Cedar Hill Mausoleum, Middletown, New Jersey
Claim to Fame: Carr was an unknown drummer in Brooklyn when he joined rock
legends KISS in 1980 to replace Peter Criss. He was known as 'the Fox'
during the makeup years and experienced their enormous success up until
his untimely death in 1991.
