Eddie Cochran
Date of Birth: October 30, 1938
Date of Death: April 17, 1960
Cause of Death: Cochran was sharing a cab with Rocker Gene Vincent along
the A4 in Chippenham, Wiltshire, England when it skidded and crashed backwards
into a concrete lamp post. He died from head injuries the next day at Bath
Hospital. He was just 21.
Final Resting Place: Forest Lawn, Cypruss, California
Claim to Fame: A musician who recorded all his own musical parts and vocal
harmonies. Had hits with 'C'mon Everybody' and 'Summertime Blues'.
