Nick has finally admitted to having a girlfriend! And in more Nick news, he is now living on his own. Before Christmas the rest of his family moved to L.A. He stayed in FL because that is where his Backstreet Boys ties are.
If you haven't already heard the Britney Spears CD I think you should go pick up a copy for 2 reasons! #1 she is an amazingly talented singer and her songs rock AND at the very end there are previews from the next BSB album! The songs are called "Show Me The Meaning", "I'll Be The One" & "I Need You Tonight". They sound awesome and I really can't wait for their album to come out! Hopefully the first single (and video) will be out soon! AJ had said in an interview that the first single would be out in January, but that didn't happen so I am hoping it will come out SOON!

I hope that nobody missed YTV's Hit List this week! They played *N Sync's "Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays", and interview with Brittney Spears, an interview with 98 degrees, an interview with *N Sync (which was VERY funny!) AND they got special permission to play the European music video for "For The Girl Who Has Everything"! It was AWESOME! I taped like half the show!

Backstreet Boys are no longer associated with Johnny Wright. A legal battle has recently resolved the problems the boys were have with their management. They will manage themselves for a while, but they said that they may hire a new manager. 4 of the boys were involved in the case. I have heard that it might have been Nick due to his age, but I have also heard that it may have been Howie that wasn't involved! So I really don't know!!?!!

My net-bud Hanna, who lives in Asia, has the new BSB video "A Night Out With the Backstreet Boys". In Asia it came as a box set consisting of the video, a calendar, and a CD! The CD is all the songs from the video so it is kind of like the 'video soundtrack'. This is GREAT because Nick sings 'Heaven In Your Eyes'! YEAH! Lets hope that is what comes out in Canada!

Here is some good news! I heard on Much Music today that the BSB video titled "A Night Out With The Backstreet Boys" WILL be released in Candada! They showed an 8 minute segment from the video. It will be out on November 10th! Also coming out on November 10th is the *N Sync Christmas album called "Home For Christmas", *N Sync home video and *N Sync autobiography! WOW, what a day!

At the MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS held on Thursday September 9th, Backstreet Boys won the Best Group Award. They performed 'Everybody (Backstreet's Back)' once again, it is kind of getting old. Anyways Nick looked GREAT, well they all looked pretty good. Nick looked alot taller, I think he is STILL growing!

This is sad news. On August 30th Denniz Pop passed away due to Cancer. He played a very important role in the Backstreet Boys successful career. He co-wrote songs such as Everybody (Backstreet's Back), That's The Way I Like It, We've Got It Goin' On, I Wanna Be With You, Nobody But You +. He has also produced and co-produced many of their songs. He also has written and produced songs for 'N SYNC, Robyn, 5ive, Solide Harmonie, Ace of Base, 3t +. He was definatly a very talented guy and will be missed by everyone he has worked with and everyone who has been touched by the music he has written and produced.

Here is some more very sad news. First off, Backstreet Boys had to cancel a show due to the death of Howie's sister Caroline. She passed away after battling Lupus. Our prayers are with Howie and his family.

At the MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS held on Thursday September 9th, Backstreet Boys won the Best Group Award. They performed 'Everybody (Backstreet's Back)' once again, it is kind of getting old. Anyways Nick looked GREAT, well they all looked pretty good. Nick looked alot taller, I think he is STILL growing!

This is sad news. On August 30th Denniz Pop passed away due to Cancer. He played a very important role in the Backstreet Boys successful career. He co-wrote songs such as Everybody (Backstreet's Back), That's The Way I Like It, We've Got It Goin' On, I Wanna Be With You, Nobody But You +. He has also produced and co-produced many of their songs. He also has written and produced songs for 'N SYNC, Robyn, 5ive, Solide Harmonie, Ace of Base, 3t +. He was definatly a very talented guy and will be missed by everyone he has worked with and everyone who has been touched by the music he has written and produced.
The new Backstreet Boys album is supposed to be coming out in the spring of 1999. The first single should be coming out sometime in January.

My net-bud Hanna, who lives in Asia, has the new BSB video "A Night Out With the Backstreet Boys". In Asia it came as a box set consisting of the video, a calendar, and a CD! The CD is all the songs from the video so it is kind of like the 'video soundtrack'. This is GREAT because Nick sings 'Heaven In Your Eyes'! YEAH! Lets hope that is what comes out in Canada!

Here is some good news! I heard on Much Music today that the BSB video titled "A Night Out With The Backstreet Boys" WILL be released in Candada! They showed an 8 minute segment from the video. It will be out on November 10th! Also coming out on November 10th is the *N Sync Christmas album called "Home For Christmas", *N Sync home video and *N Sync autobiography! WOW, what a day!
