as i entered the kitchen, i found myself surounded by "good mornings" & "how did you sleep?", and so i replied with a smile to my mom, dad & brother's questions; until i realised that Ruby wasn't at the table. As if mom had read my mind...
"Ruby is upstair still sleeping"
"i'll go wake her up", i said, when my mother handed me some mail for both Ruby & i.
but of course everyone already knew what was in the two white envelops: invitations. for the past two years now, the b-boys and i had been trying to somehow get together for the New year's eve & turn it into a big sleep over kind of thing, but never had any luck since someone was always busy somewhere else. but this year it was different...

"it's too bad that Cloe broke up with you nick", brian 'sadly'said to nick
"i mean can you believe she dumped me because of a stupid argument over an engagement ring?" Nick replied, "so ... Ocean where's Andy?"
"oh! he went with his parents (also Amanda's parent - remember they are sibblings) in italy for the holidays"
"sorry about that" nick replied sarcasticly
"it's ok i don't mind it" i replied a bit annoyed
it's weird. see, after that unfamous party at AJ's place, Andy & i started dating & finally became a serious couple, but anyway, the weird part is that Nickolas tries whenever possible to pop up my love life in anytype of conversation, which he knows gets on my nerves.
"Yeah, i mean who knows he could met an italian beauty, cheat on you call you and tell you that it's over... but hey! who knows!?!"
"Anyway", i said definitly pissed off byt Nick's rude comments, "so leighann, do you know the sex of the baby yet?"
"No, Brian & i decided to wait until the birth, after all, our little baby here will come out in just two little months, which will pass really fast so... if you guys don't mind i'll go to bed now. so happy new year once again and sweet dreams"
"i think i'll do the same, good night guys" said brian
"yeah, me too, night" added Amanda
so Nick, Aj, Ruby, Moesha & i were left alone... with bordom.
"i don't know about you guys, but i feel like playing a game or something" declared Moesha
"what about Tequilla dare?"
"what kind of freak's game is that Ruby" i ask with interest
"who cares! it has the words Tequilla & dare in it's title", said a more than 'happy' AJ
"i'm in", the rest of us said in union
"ok the game is really simple, it's a remake of the famous Truth or dare game. The rules are: the questions need to be extremely personal & so are the dares. if you don't want to answer a truth question you drink a tequilla shot; but you are allowed only one shot per ½ hour. as for the dares, if you refuse to do it you have to take of a piece of clothing; like the drinks you're only allowed to use this 'life line' only once each ½ hour." explained Ruby, "Ok let's start!"
