Lots of chords in this GREAT GREAT song! It's taken me almost two
years to figure out completely how this song is played. I've listened
to it a million times and watched a concert video of it a billion
times trying to figure out exactly how they play it. So here are the
results.
There are two guitars, one only plays rhythm. I'll tab out the lead
guitar and always tell you what the rhythm guitar is playing while
you're playing each tab. Then I'll type the lyrics at the end of
the file.

There's a lot of tablature in this file so here are the most common
symbols:
b = bend the note to reach the pitch of the other note written.
Like 5b6 means bend the note at the 5th fret up to the pitch
of the note that's on the 6th fret.
r = release a bent note
x = mute the string with your left hand but play it with your
hand like you were playing any other note.
/ = slide up
\ = slide down
~ = vibrato, bend the note very slightly up and down a few times.

INTRO:
------
The intro chords are C Eb D F over and over again. Here is the
rhythm of how they're played the first time:

    C Eb D F
E|------------------------------------------------------|
B|--5---5--5-5-x-x-8--8--x-x-7--7--7--x-7-x-x--10--10---|
G|--5---5--5-5-x-x-8--8--x-x-7--7--7--x-7-x-x--10--10---|
D|--5---5--5-5-x-x-8--8--x-x-7--7--7--x-7-x-x--10--10---|
A|--3---3--3-3-x-x-6--6--x-x-5--5--5--x-5-x-x--8---8----|
E|------------------------------------------------------|

When the rhythm guitar has played that once the electric guitar
comes in and plays the tab below. Let's call it RIFF1 and you'll have
to remember it coz it's played many times in the song.

RIFF1:
E|---------------------------------------------------------|
B|--------------------------11-12---14-15---17-18---20-21--|
G|-5---7-8---10-11--13-14---x--x----x--x----x--x----x--x---|
D|-x---x-x---x--x---x--x----9--10---12-13---15-16---18-19--|
A|-3---5-6---8--9---11-12----------------------------------|
E|---------------------------------------------------------|

RIFF1 above is played with tremolo picking. That means although I
write every note only once you play all notes many many times. Play
as fast as you can, furiously strumming up and down. Jonny Greenwood
uses this in many songs. While you're playing this the rhythm guitar
keeps playing C Eb D F.

VERSE:
------
The chords in the verse are Am G# Eb F, Am G# Eb Bb, Am G# G F# F2.
When you strum the chords do it kinda slowly so you can hear each
individual note.

    Am G# Eb F
E|--5---------4-------------------------------|
B|--5---------4---------8-9-10---10-11-13-----|
G|--5---------5---------8--------10-----------|
D|--7---------6---------8--------10-----------|
A|--7---------6-------------------------------|
E|--5---------4-------------------------------|
    | |
These chords, Am and G#, you don't actually play them
in the first verse but you play them in the second verse.
    | |
    Am G# Eb Bb
E|--5---------4--------------------------|
B|--5---------4---------8-9-10---3-4-6---|
G|--5---------5---------8--------3-------|
D|--7---------6---------8--------3-------|
A|--7---------6--------------------------|
E|--5---------4--------------------------|

    Am G# G F2 F
E|------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|------------------------------------------------------------------|
G|----5-7-7b9----5~------5-7-7b8----5~------4------5--------8b10----|
D|--7----------7-------6----------6-----------5------4--------------|
A|----------------------------------------------5------3------------|
E|------------------------------------------------------------------|

CHORUS:
-------
Here comes the fun part. The chords are C F#7 Fmaj7. Look at the
tab below to see how you strum them coz you mustn't strum them
normally. Both guitars play this:

    C F#7 Fmaj7
E|-------------------0----------------------0------|
B|--5----5--x----------------------------------1---|
G|--5----5--x----------3---------------------------|
D|--5----5--x---4--4------3--3--3--3--3-3-3--------|
A|--3----3--x---4--4------3--3--3--3--3-3-3--------|
E|--------------2--2------1--1--1--1--1-1-1--------|

Play that twice and then RIFF1 like in the intro again with the
rhythm guitar playing C Eb D F.

Then repeat the verse, repeat the chorus and play RIFF1 in the end
of the chorus. When you're done doing that you're ready for the
solo.

GUITAR-SOLO:
------------
The rhythm guitar starts by playing E5 D5 C#5 G5 twice.
Meanwhile, you're playing this:

    E5 D5 C#5 G5
E|----------------------------|
B|--5-----7--8------10--11----| Play this with tremolo picking
G|----------------------------| like RIFF1, play every note
D|----------------------------| many many times and pick it very
A|----------------------------| fast. It sounds good if you
E|----------------------------| sometimes hit the high E string.

    E5 D5 C#5 G5
E|----------------------------------------|
B|--12------10------8-------6------5------| You don't use tremolo
G|--14b16---12b14---10b12---8b10---7b9----| picking on this.
D|----------------------------------------|
A|----------------------------------------|
E|----------------------------------------|

Next comes the clean part:
    Am G#
E|--------------------------------------------------------------
B|--17---17--17--15--13-13--13-----16---16--16--15--13-13--13---
G|--17---17--17--16--14-14--14-----17---17--17--15--13-13--13---
D|--------------------------------------------------------------
A|--------------------------------------------------------------
E|--------------------------------------------------------------

         Eb Bb Am
E----------------------------------------------------------------
B--11h13-11--11-----------------------17---17--17--15--13-13--13-
G--12----12--12---10/12\10--10-10-----17---17--17--16--14-14--14-
D-----------------10/12\10--10-10--------------------------------
A----------------------------------------------------------------
E----------------------------------------------------------------

   G# G5* F#5 F5
E------------------------------------------------------|
B--16---16--16--15--13-13--13--------------------------|
G--17---17--17--15--13-13--13--------------------------|
D---------------------------------5-5-5-5-4-4-4-4-3----|
A---------------------------------5-5-5-5-4-4-4-4-3----|
E---------------------------------3-3-3-3-2-2-2-2-1----|

Stop and then one guitar starts playing the chorus chords
C F#7 Fmaj7 while the other guitar plays this:

    C F#7 Fmaj7
E|---------------------------------|
B|--12h13-12--11-----10h11-10------|
G|--12----12--11-----10----10------|
D|--12h14-12--11-----10h12-10------|
A|---------------------------------|
E|---------------------------------|

After that you start playing a regular chorus like the ones before.
But this time, after you play RIFF1, you don't stop. You have to use
an effect that makes your guitar sound an octave higher to be able
to play this. You start here right after RIFF1. The rhythm guitar
is still playing C Eb D F.

E|-----------------------------------------------------16-17---19-20-|
B|---------------------------------------------18-19-----------------|
G|-4-5---7-8---10-11---13-14---16-17---19-20-------------------------|
D|-------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|-------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|-------------------------------------------------------------------|

When you reach that last note the rhythm guitar starts playing
C5 Bb5 A5 Eb5 over and over again.

Hold that last note for a long while and then:

E|--20----17-----8--|
B|------------------|
G|------------------|
D|------------------|
A|------------------|
E|------------------|

OUTRO:
------
The rhythm guitar plays C5 Bb5 A5 Eb5 all through the outro.
         C7#9
E|-------------------------------------------------------------------
B|-x-x-x-4-4-x-4--------x-x-x-4-4-x-4-4------------------------------
G|-x-x-x-3-3-x-3--------x-x-x-3-3-x-3-3--8---8-8--8-8---8---8-8--8-8-
D|-x-x-x-2-2-x-2--------x-x-x-2-2-x-2-2------------------------------
A|-x-x-x-3-3-x-3--------x-x-x-3-3-x-3-3------------------------------

E-----------------------------------------------------------|

Now you have the whole song. I've spent hours making this tab so I
could use some comments. Now here are the lyrics:

VERSE 1:
--------
Can't get the stink of
It's been hanging round for days
Comes like a comet
suckered you but not your friends
One day he'll get to you,
teach you how to be a
Holy Cow

CHORUS:
-------
You do it to yourself, you do
and that's why it really hurts
is you do it to yourself, just you
you and no-one else
You do it to yourself
You do it to yourself

VERSE 2:
--------
Don't get my sympathy
hanging out the 15th floor
You've changed your locks three times
he still comes reeling through the door
and soon he'll get to you
teach you how to get to
Purest Hell

CHORUS:
-------
You do it yourself, you do
and that's why it really hurts
is you do it to yourself, just you
you and no-one else
You do it to yourself
You do it to yourself

GUITAR SOLO

CHORUS:
-------
You do it yourself, you do
and that's why it really hurts
is you do it to yourself, just you
you and no-one else
You do it to yourself
You do it to yourself
Self
