YAY! I am pleased as Punch that you are hosting an event at Neighbourhood on JULY 22 (MY BIRTHDAY), but am crushed as all get-out as I will be wrapping my brain around automotive technology that very same day, then flying back on the red-eye that night, instead of lounging out and enjoying the music. AARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could go on and on, but choose not to, as bemoaning one's lack of luck is unsightly, to say the least. Seriously, d, have a great gig, and I hope your friends enjoy the show, too. You can bet your tooshie that I will be listening to your Mali Music and other CDs that night as I try to teletransport myself across the Atlantic (there is no spoon, right?)
