Happy Valentine's month, d! The new year and your flurry of activities are in full swing. Looks like you had a grand time performing in Iceland. It must have been good to catch up with your friends there. On assignment again at that time I couldn't make it, but hope to visit Reykjavík sometime in the near future. Speaking of missing yet another gig due to another assignment...Lee "Scratch" Perry is coming to town and I had a ticket, but sadly, once again, it will be a no-go. *sniffles* Ever hopeful, though, will believe that there will be another opportunity sometime soon.
So how are the preparations for Grammy night coming along? It's the grand-daddy of all music awards, isn't it? A joint performance with Madonna? Wow! She sure as heck knows you well by now and must be pleased as Punch to be performing with the Gorillaz. I love how life is so fluid and full of wonder that way, yes? Here's to the Gorillaz kickin' some major you-know-what.
