How damon's thirst for knowledge can lead to our edification...
Third and fourth week of January 2000

Dave "the reliable" Rowntree. This isn't the first time damon has referred to Dave as being "reliable," the most recent time that yours truly had heard it from the horse's mouth was on June 25th, 1998 at blur's gig at the Bath Pavilion. What prompted damon to say it was when Dave's drum kit fell apart and some parts of it went flying off every which way during the playing of South Park (as Trailerpark was tentatively called at that time). damon looked at Dave increduously and said, with a half-smile, "What happened Dave? Dave's usually the reliable one!" So here's to Dave for being a "Rock of Gibraltar" of sorts to damon, cheers Dave!
