This movie is a Indie Sensation that shocked viewers in it's 2 week release only in major cities. Now it shocks us all as we see it at our local malls and at the corner plaza. Three actors were sent into the woods with cameras and they filmed eachother. They had no scripts, or any real sense of what was going to happen to them. The three were only told where to go and where to camp. Durring the night Myrick and Sanchez would scare them acting as the "witch". The footage piled up ending up as a total of 20 hours; which was trimed down to the hour and a half you see in the theaters. This horror flick resembles Christopher Guerts flick "Waiting for Guffman," more then other 90's horror films such as Scream.
