Intro Blackened For Whom the Bell Tolls Welcome Home (Sanitarium) The Four Horsemen Harvester of Sorrow Eye of the Beholder Jason's solo Master of Puppets Damage Inc. One Seek and Destroy ...And Justice for All How Many More Times teaser Creeping Death Fade to Black Kirk's solo Battery NIB / Prowler / Run to the Hills / Helpless Last Caress Am I Evil? Whiplash QUALITY: Not sure if it's the same taper as the previous night, but it sounds like the same equipment. This recording is a better listen however since it's not as muffled as the first night. Sounds like the taper had a better seat. Still a lot of high end, minor distortion, and some hiss. SOURCE: unknown mics > unknown recorder TRANSFER: unknown gen cassette > Adobe Audigy Platinum > Goldwave > CDWAVE > WAV (transferred by me) TIME: 115 minutes CORRECT SHOW: Yes, "scanning the scene in Hammersmith tonight." Many of the things James says before songs are very similiar on the 9th and 10th. The second night, James says "What? Oh they're sleeping again? He says you guys are fucking sleeping again. I can't hear it" before Seek and Destroy. BAND PERFORMANCE: Interestingly enough, Jason sings the last verse of Creeping Death. Although this became common place in the 90s, it was rare to have it happen this early in the Justice tour. Not sure if James couldn't sing at that moment, or they were trying something new, but Jason clearly sings the vocals. Otherwise, pretty much a standard 1988 Metallica show.
