Dave Matthews Launches New Record Label

Dave Matthews and DMB manager Coran Capshaw have engineered a brand new record label, titled ATO Records, which will have its record debut this March. The purpose of ATO Records is to give a good footing to excellent musicians who have yet to find major success in North America. Bringing the label's inaugural release all the way from Ireland, Welsh musician David Gray will release his White Ladder album in the U.S. in March, reports MTV News. White Ladder has received amazing acclaim overseas since its November 1998 release in Ireland, and will officially enter American soil on ATO Records with two additional tracks in tow.

Dave Matthews Band's upcoming studio album will remain on RCA Records, and will not be produced under the new record label. More information will be available here on ATO Records soon.
