Worthwhile
Films
"Fuck
off, now!". (if you can guess what that is from you'll like the film page.)
Andy and Valerie- that's your bigass hint.
I
recently viewed the 1976 satire, Network.
It
was radicle. I reccomend it.
I
can't say I have a top ten list of favourite films ever.
I
like the genres of satire and neo- realism, and expressionism alot, although
my knowledge of most of the above is rather limited.
The
two best straight out expressionist films I viewed that I can remember
were the early German horror films: the Cabinet of Dr. Caligari and Nosferatu.
Wow! You should go see them, they're amazing and funny at the same time.
I
got a chance to watch The Bicycle Thieves, an Italian neo-realist
movie by Vittorio de Sica. Watch it. All the actors aren't actors, and
every shot is true. When the movie is over, you will have forgotten it
was actually a film.
Anyways,
I think I'll just make this page a suggestion board.
