Part 8 Part 8 of "Since Then"
The next morning Jennifer woke up in a great mood, memories from the night before kept flashing in her mind and making her tingly all over. When she woke up that morning around 9 o'clock she hopped into the shower and started singing "As Long as You Love Me". When she got out of the shower she put on her robe and put her hair up in a towel and jumped out of the bathroom singing "Everybody", only to find Nick sitting on her bed with a big smirk on his face.
"Nick!! What are you doing here?" she said as her face flushed.
"Just listening to you sing, your not bad." he said with a smile.
"Shut-up! I was a little happy, now I'm a tad embarrassed."
"It was cute, and don't be embarrassed, I shouldn't of just come in here."
"Oh, its fine now."
"Ok, still I'm sorry. I just had to see you. I wanted to say last night was a lot of fun and I hope we can do it again soon."
"Me too," she said moving closer to Nick.
"We can't tonight though, I have a concert tonight. But I want you to come."
"I'd like that. I'd be able to tell everyone, ‘That's my boyfriend up there'".
"Umm, Jenn....."
"I know, I was kidding. I wouldn't tell anyone. As much as I'd like to but I know about the fans and all."
"I wish I could tell people too, but the fans. I'll talk to Johnny though."
"Don't worry about me, Nicky."
"I hate Nicky!!" Nick said smiling. "Makes me sound 2 years old."
"Nicky, Nicky, Nicky." Jenn said laughing. "Baby Nicky."
"Come here!" Nick yelled playfully as he ran after Jennifer.
"Ahhhhh!!!!!" Jennifer screamed as she ran away from Nick and jumped on the bed. Nick jumped on the bed after her and knocked her over and started tickling her.
"Stop," she said between laughs.
"Nope!" Nick said enjoying himself. "Baby Jenny, Baby Jenny."
"Stop! Ok, no more Nicky!!" she promised. Nick stopped tickling her.
"How hard was that?" Nick said smiling.
"I know, I know. But I got to get dressed so your gonna have to go."
"Awww!" Nick wined. "But baby Jenny!!"
"Shut-up, I'm gonna get you back sometime. I promise." Jenn said as she closed in on Nick and kissed him.
"Got it. When your done, come get me at Brians ok?" Nick said giving her another kiss.
"Got it. Bye hun."Jennifer said.
"Bye!" Nick said as he turned and head towards the door, Jennifer followed him. As Nick opened the door and was leaving Jennifer yelled "Bye Nicky!!" as Nick turned around about to protest Jenn shut the door and laughed. She then got dressed.
While Jennifer was getting dressed Nick was talking to Brian.
"So what's happening between you and Jenn?" Brian asked while putting gel in his hair.
"We're going out." Nick answered smiling.
"Already?" Brian said turning around. "You must really like her."
"I do Brian, she soooo.....special. She funny, cute and fun to be with. Also she's not afraid to do what she what she wants, no matter what anyone thinks. I mean she wasn't upset when I was in her room, she was only in a robe too. Of course, she's not a slut or anything she's just..."
"Sounds like little Nicky's in love!!" Brian said in a baby voice.
"I'm not a baby!" Nick said in a pouty voice.
"I know! I was just kidding. You guys are cute together. Is she coming to the concert tonight?"
"Yep, and I want to do something special for her. I mean, look what she got me.." Nick said pulling out the silver necklace she had given him.
"Wow!! That's nice."
"I know. That's what I said. So what could I do for her?"
"I have an idea..." Brian said as he started explaining his idea to Nick.
