Ham Bone......This 2 CD live set was recorded, I'm guessing, after Dave's band released "Crash".....it's an accoustic show where they play versions of some of Dave's band's hits & lesser known classics....a must have 4 everyfan.....
The Offspring / Americana....on Columbia CK 69661Ham Bone...."Pretty Fly ( For A White Guy)", "She's Got Issues", "Why Don't You Get A Job?" and a rousing rendition of "Feelings" are some great cuts on this light hearted & even sometimes funny CD....but then again what can you expect from a band where the guitar player's name is Noodles....it's worth a shot..check it out.....
HEMPilation 2-freetheweed ....on Capricorn 314 538 246-2 Ham Bone.....this is a great CD....some great stuff on here.....20 songs....this 1's 1 that'cha just put on & let it play....great mix....some great covers...Robert Bradley's Blackwater Surprise's version of "Don' Bogart Me"...Spearhead's " The Joker"...Gov't Mule's "30 Days In The Hole"....Freddy Jones Band's "Light Up Or Leave Me Alone"...Big Sugar's "Let Me Roll It"...& originals by Willie Nelson, Dar Williams, Fun Lovin' Criminals & George Clinton gets goin' doggy style..so reguardless on how U feel about the weed..( not that I'm abdicating anything ) ...this is a great CD...so give it a shot.....woof?The Specials/ Guilty 'Til Proved Innocent !.....on MCA MCAD-11735 Ham Bone.....This came out last year sometime...maybe Summer??...well, I just got it a few weeks ago & I really like it....so I'll pass it on 2 ya....I haven't heard anything from these guys in years....so it's good I got it I guess...."It's You" is a great song along w/ a few others...maybe I shoulda listened 2 it again B4 I posted this...ah well...I remember it's good though...so check it out....& if my memory serves me correctly..it's like every other song's good....there's like 18 songs on it 2...some aren't listed on the back & they're live cuts....so get it....
Fun Lovin' Criminals/ 100% Columbian....on Virgin 7243 8 23140 2 8Ham Bone\ #3 Bone....this is a good CD..it's gotta a R&B sound 2 it...."Korean Bodega" is a great song & it's pretty good all the way thru...if modern R&B's not yer bag..steer clear...it could bite ya....woof? Son Volt/ Wide Swing Tremolo.....on Warner Bros. 9 47059-2#3 Bone....the 3rd release by these guys & I think they shoulda waited a while B4 lettin' this out...I just found it a lil' depressing....it has that "feel" 2 it....I like this band...they're last 2 were really good....watch out 4 this 1 tho...it could bite ya....
