Tore has been working a lot with different musicians,
and has been traveling a little bit here and there.
He was been in Tommy Newton's new studio, Area 51
Sound Park, working on an album for an unknown German
singer. This album was finished end of January. This
is not an album he has done for his career,but for
the fun of it. He wrote 5 songs and played all the
guitars. On this production Tore met an INCREDIBLE
bassplayer, OTTO VAN ALPHEN, who he's gonna get back
to. Drummer was Matthias Liebetruth (Victory).
The singer,Frankie Riester, a kid who wanted to make
an album - so they did. They haven't got a
record deal. It will be under the name
Giant's Playground, but pay attention, Tore is
NOT A MEMBER OF THE BAND!
So after finishing this, Tore continued writing
material with Otto. Otto is playing with a couple of
bands, most known is Headcrash. They wrote about
two hours(!!!) of material, and they are planning a
band together with John Macaluso. They're looking
for a singer. Tore is also probably gonna do some
recordings with another of Otto's bands, Hypose.
After this Tore flew over to the States, where he
started working with Royal Hunt's singer, DC Cooper,
on his planned soloalbum. They did a couple of weeks
songwriting, and now the recording is done(Release
date December the 9th).
Back in Norway, Tore will now work further with Jørn
Lande on the ARK-project.
