This Japanese-only CD issue contains 21 of Spector's rarest and most bizarre productions.
"Willy Boy", an instrumental guitar rocker by Phil Harvey, is Phil Spector playing under a pseudonym. (His real name is Harvey Phillip Spector).
"Oh Baby!" by Harvey and Doc and the Dwellers is by Phil Spector (Harvey is his middle name) and Doc Pomus.
"Oui Les Filles" is a French version of "Why Do Lovers Break Each Other's Hearts?"
