It is often said that this scene, where we all are taking part of is lacking unity, respect and understanding . And yes, I agree with this. There sure is lack of respect and all these other values. Fame, money, peer-pressure, etc. are creating a climate in which these values don’t get any chance or place. But after all these years being in AG, after all these gigs, releases and letters, I see that there is still respect and unity between people who come from different "sub" groups in this big underground-movement. But, it’s too bad that I am talking only about a small minority in this big movement, but then again, to see this small minority working together on a base of respect and unity, it is giving me more encouragement and reasons to go on with the band, to go on with all the other activities concerning the underground movement.

During all these years, I’ve met a lot of straight-edge people, a lot of black-metal people, a lot of heavy metal people, death metal, people, punks, hardcore people… just fill in what you want, who are not so damn narrow-minded to slag everything else off which doesn’t fit in their cute little dogmatized worlds. With these people, I have built up a good relationship based on upon understanding and mutual respect. We are not being restricted by the so-called sub-groups-label mentality we all seem to belong to. It is possible to work together, because if I am not mistaking, the main goal of the underground movement is creating an healthy, good and constructive alternative to the big, commercial business.

I don’t see any problem when someone doesn’t agree with me on the topic of eating meat. Everybody is free to choose what he/she wants. What I mean with respect, is that people who have another life-style as me, don’t put me down, because I don’t fit in their ideology. And this sadly happens way too often. But as I told you before, there are still people who can put their "differences" aside to work together for a big, healthy and strong "scene".Once again, it’s possible. Just try to put your differences aside and look together for the thing you have in common. You would be surprised to see what comes out of it. Writing this statement, I also thought it could be a positive note about the underground movement. Mostly, when something is written about the scene, it’s a negative article about the bad things happening in the movement. Reading something positive would be or could be, an encouragement for those who feel demotivated by all the shit that has been/is happening in the scene. As for me, I feel strong enough to encourage myself but also others, to continue being active and re-active of course. Thanks a lot to those who took the time to read this statement.
