There are many playerz available although only 2 of them are really good and useful and worth your download time. I recommend using Cubic Player 1.6.

Cubic Player

If you're looking for the best module player (Dos and Windows) then you need to get Cubic Player and forget about Windows. Cubic Player is definitely the best player out there. It might not have some feautures like Mod4Win and it might not be compatible with all the existing sound cards but Cubic Player has some unique cool and usefull feautures that other mod playerz don't have. First of all, Cubic Player has a list of echoes from with you can choose to play your song with. Make the sound come out of your speakerz like if you were in the world's biggest dance hall! Cubic Player also feautures a superb graphic analyser like the ones you see on stereos, a spectrum analyser in 640 X 480 or 1024 X 768 mode, a cool oscilloscopes mode and also a nodes node that look like a mini light show. And there's alos a Wurfer mode that puts a really cool animation on your screen (kinda lika screen saver); all this while you play your favorite mods. You can also get superb quality midi playback on a sound card without wavetable by getting the patches. Cubic Player is defenitely the coolest player available now. When in Cubic Player, press H to get a list of all the commands and how to access the different modes I have talked about above.

If you want an updated version of Cubic Player such as version 1.7 or 2.0, you need to get 1.6 first anyways. If you want to be able to listen to midi's you need Cubic Player 1.7. They won't play under 1.6 or 2.0. NOTE: you do not need to download all of the programs below to use Cubic Player. You only need to download version 1.6. The rest is optional depending on you!

 Mod 4 Win

If you're looking for a Windows® mod player then you should get Mod4Win. I really don't know what tha big fuss about this mod player is because it ain't that awesome. It has some pretty neat feautures though such as an automatic unzipper for compressed archives and it plays on any sound card as long as the cars is installed and worx fine in Windows. The other cool thing about Mod4Win is that there is a volume bar that allows you to control how load the sound goes. The highest setting is +20 db with means that it'll go 20 db more then your speakerz usually play sounds from your computer. For all you freakz out there that wanna bust their speakerz, this is a great tool! The cheap thing about Mod4Win is that you can only use it for 30 days after wich it expires. Here are the download options. Note that you might get a file not found message. I got the linx from the Mod4Win official page but they are broken. I will have the right ones as soon as I find them. You do not need to download all of the programs below. All you need is the light version with no installer and only english help but i recommend getting the full shareware for better and easyer results.
