- 1. Real Love - One year after recording Free As A Bird, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr returned to the studio in February 1995 to work on another unreleased John Lennon demo. - 12. Help! - The first live performance for the current single.

- 14. Norwegian Wood (This Bird Has Flown) - Recorded October 12, 1965, take 1 was a complete recording worthy of release. - 15. I'm Looking Through You - This original version, recorded October 24, 1965 is another instance of the Beatles recording a song and then completely reworking it.

Recorded the same day were Mal Evan's counting and John's verses at the beginning and end. Paul's middle section ("...woke up, fell out of bed...") was recorded January 20 as a guide vocal. The orchestral climax was recorded February 10 and attached at the end of it all is a short exerpt of Paul talking at the same session about using orchestral overdubs.
