The Backstreet Concert was on April 2 and it was the bomb. First, there was this guy, I forgot his name, but he was the opening act for the BSB. His songs were really cool and all, but I didnt really hear him beacuse I was waiting for the BSBs. So finally after 4 songs he finally let the Backstreet Boys perform!

They had this video screen and it showed baby pictures of Nick, Aj, Kevin, Howie and Brian (in that order) and then finally the BSBs came out. They started dancing to Pony by Genuwine and then they sang We've Got It Goin On! Lets Have A Party was the next song. Everyone was screaming so bad. Then they said their "hi's" to everyone out in Edmonton and did some Rockapella.

They sang this one by Colour Me Badd and they did End of the Road by Boyz II Men. It was way cool. Then finally they did Just to be CLose to You. They went backstage for a while and then Kevin came out by himself and sang Nobody But You. Then came Howie and he did a Prince song. After that was Brian and he did a solo too but I don't know the name of the song. *Nick* came out right after Brian and did this really wicked slow song. I was so happy that I almost had a heart attack. He was soooo cute and they did close ups of the boys on the giant video screens. Finally, Aj did his solo and it was groovy too, but I liked *Nick's* solo better.

After that they did Anywhere for You--my favorite!!! After they introduced the guitar, piano and drum people they did I Wannabe With You. They also did Darlin'. Then they went backstage and *Nick* came out and played the drums and it was wicked. He was wearing this lime greenshirt and they showed a close-up of his face throughout the whole time he was playing the drums! Everyone screamed and clapped as he finished. Then Kevin came out and played the piano. Together they did 10,000 Promises and it was good.

They all came out again and did I'll Never Break Your Heart and then Boys will be BOys. During one of their songs *Nick* uses one of the towels to wipe the sweat off his face and then later threw the same towel into the crowd! I was so mad...why couldn't I have gotten closer to the front? Well anyway they did Get Down and last but not least Quit Playing Games (With My Heart). They said good night and said they wanted to come to Edmonton again--maybe next year. Yeah! And then the best thing happened! *Nick* kissed the camera so his lips showed up on the giant video screen for like 15 secs! Every girl was so happy! They even showed a close-up of *Nick's* butt.

I Loved it. Well when the concert was over, I couldn't hear or say a thing beacuse I was screaming the whole time and the music was so loud--but it was all worth it! I will never ever forget this for the rest of my life.
