Two days later
"So I'll see at 8:00?" Vanessa asked.
"Yeah," Kevin answered. "I'll be there."
"You remebered the way to my apartment?" Vanessa asked.
"I should," Kevin said. "I've been there three time in the past two days."
"Okay," Vanessa said. "I'll see ya." Vanessa hung up her phone and sank into the couch. "You are so stupid, stupid, stupid!" she yelled at herself. She got up and paced through her small living room to her kitchen.
"Might as well get some work done," she said to herself, as her eyes rested on her computer desk. She sat down and tried to work, but she couldn't concentrate on the information laid in front of her. "Tomorrow is Monday!"Vanessa yelled. "I am so screwed!"
Normally her position in the advertising agency she had started working in after she had graduated from college was not too hard to handle. But during the past weekend she had dine nothing but eat, breathe, and sleep Kevin Richardson.
"Which is stupid anyways," Vanessa said aloud to no one in particular. "He's not going to be in New York forever. You are not going to fall in love with him."
Vanessa looked at her work again and got a little of it done. She looked at her clock and realized Kevin would be there in an hour. She hurried to her room to get ready. She looked at herself in the mirror. "You are NOT going to fall in love with Kevin Richardson!" she yelled at her reflection. She thought to herself, too late.
