Hello people in web-land, this post is to inform everyone that the Blues Drivers have stopped drivin' the blues (cheesy!) thanks for listenen' to us it was fun while it lasted. thank you.

In other news! The 3 remaining BD's (bill, shane, tom + trumpet/guitarist Evan MacNeil) have formed a new group called 3 Piece Suit. We've been playin' all summer and are continuing to look for shows, we've jumped from a blues band to a surf/instrumental/mental kinda thing. thanks again!

Hello news people. Well as it turns out we won't be recording at Ridge Recordings cause it turns out that it'll cost a little bit more that we can afford right now, BUT! T got in contact with Chris Andrea and he gonna do us up a tape for somthing that more fits our financial situation at the moment and we should have it done B4 the end of the month hopefully! The show went pretty good last night, it was alot of fun. Slowcoaster rock!

Hey dudes and dudettes we've set a date for recording a tape. We got in contact with Carter and we set our date for recording on the 19th of May. We've got 15 songs in all but i'm not shure if we will be doing them all, but most of them will be recorded. The ones that arent goin ta be recorded will probably be recorded on a tape deck or somthin' and posted as mp3's on the site. We're goin' to check out Carters place on sunday and we're gonna decide for definate what songs we're gonna do there. Check back in da future for more news and info on "THE GREAT BLUES DRIVER RECORDING EXPIERENCE OF 2000!"

Well just got home from the show and i have to say that TERRATOMB are phenominal, The Rudy Huxtable Project went very well also. We did alright i guess , sorry for those long pauses between songs, i'm still not shure what was up with that. Yeah, so we still did'nt get Carter's phone# so if yer readin' this and you know it, send us a quick email. There were tons of people there at the end of the night, nice size crowd. I heard a rumor of a show on the 18th at the Exhibition but that's not definate yet. That's about all the news for this update, so... Later dudes.

Well as everyone who has been a regular to the blues drivers site has already noticed, i got bored and redesigned the blues drivers site yet again. It's a little less colorful, alright, it ain't got more than a handful of colours through the whole site. But anyhow, the news that's still on the top of our band's list is recording and we're kinda havin' a hard time gettin' hold of Carter. If anyone visiting here knows of his whereabouts or phone# send us an email. We're also pumpin' out the origionals i think last count was 17 origional songs, plus were tryin' ta learn some new covers, we've added the Kids In The Hall theme song (written be Shadowy Men On A Shadowy Planet) to our list of covers. I'm gonna get some more stickers printed off too as soon as i get the sticker paper. And there is a show on the 10th I belive, the proceeds will go to Huge Alex who's sick in, and probably of, the hospital in Ontario.
Check out all the updated sections!
