INTER-SPICE'S LATEST NEWS!

This page has not been updated for quite some time, this is because
I have been completing a major redevelopment of my page.
INTER-SPICE'S update is almost complete however I still need to modify
the links page and replace the existing pictures page
with a vastly improved one with loads more pictures than before.
New additions to my page include the Spice Girls Theme's Page so you
can have the girls on your desktop, Spiceworld Webring a
new and exciting Webring for Spice Girl pages, The INTER-SPICE Award
for pages that are extremely good and are devoted to the Spice Girls.
I have also updated the Videos page and Audio page.

THE US ` OFFICIAL
The Spice Girls
may have had their ups and downs last year, but they still
easily topped
the US album sales chart,according to Billboard magazine.
Their debut
album "Spice" sold a mega 5.3m copies in 1997
` more than a million copies ahead of their
nearest rival Jewel's "Piece Of You".

SAINTS v SPICE GIRLS
All Saints have
confirmed that they will perform at next month's Brit Awards, on the same
bill as girl group rivals the Spice Girls.
Mel, Shaznay,
Nicky and Natalie will give a special performance
of their No 1 single "Never Ever" with a new
arrangement at the awards on February 9
The Spice Girls,
with Geri wearing the famous Union Jack dress,
won two gongs last year, but they are only nominated in one category this
time round, while All Saints could win three Brits.

It is now official Posh
Spice "Victoria Adams" is engaged to David Beckam. The couple showed their
love for one another by buying each other an engagement ring.

- Second Spice Girls Film Revealed

- Following on from their upcoming movie "SPICE WORLD" which will
be released on Boxing Day will be a second Spice Girls Film. Simon Fuller said that they were already working on
the sequel to "SPICE WORLD" and they would begin filming as soon as their World Tour was out of the way.

- Possible Upcoming Solo Projects For Some Spice Girls

- Simon Fuller has said in a interview that in the future certain members of
the Spice Girls will be working on Solo projects. The Spice Girl who would most likely produce such a Solo Album is Mel C
as she is the most natural singer in the band, Other possible's are Emma and Mel B.

- The Spice Girls new Single "Spice Up Your Life" will be released on October the 13th.
Their Album "Spice World" will be released at a later date of November 3rd.

The Spice Girls will be performing their new single "Spice Up Your Life" on the National Lottery Live.
This will be their first T.V performance of the new single of their upcoming Album "Spice World".

- The Spice Girls were reported to be worth 47 million in a chart published recently.
With Steven Speilberg at Number one earning over 200 million. The Spice Girls were placed 32nd with 47 million between them. Although this
is estimated to nearly double by the end of next year because of their upcoming Movie, Album and Worldwide tour.

- Wannabe Wins Best Pop Video At The MTV Video Awards

- The Spice Girls were at the MTV Music Video Awards in New York
on Thursday night. They performed `Say You'll Be There' Live to the celebrity audience and to viewers all around the
World. They dedicated the award which they won to the memory of Princess Diana who died last Sunday. Stay tuned for

- Spice Girls May Leave Britain

- It has been reported that the Spice Girls may try to avoid Britain for a year so
that they won't have to pay tax's on the large amount of income they earn each year. The Girls will use their upcoming worldwide
as a way of not being in Britain. They will also spend time abroad doing other things such as promoting there second album Spice World.
In all they will be aloud to spend a maximum of 60 days in Britain, In order to avoid paying tax's.

- The Spice Girls have just completed their latest advert
which is for Walkers Crisps. The advert stars all five Spice Girls and Gary Lineker as the cheeky bloke who
nicks their crisps.

- Jonathan Ross Confirmed To Be In Spice The Movie

- Jonathan Ross is another big star who is now confirmed to be
playing a small role in the Spice Girls new movie. Jonathan knows the Spice Girls well after taking part
in a sponsored kiss with all the Spice Girls for Red Nose day.

- Spice girls Turn Down DHL

- The Spice Girls were offered over a million pounds to
do a advert for the US parcel carrier DHL. They were asked to re-record one of Diana Ross's songs
for the advert. Even though such a large sum of money was offered the Spice Girls turned it down because
they wished to concentrate on the filming of their new movie.

- Baby Spice's Fall

- Emma Bunton fell and injured her ankle and wrist
during a Turkish TV appearance to promote their upcoming concert that will be held their. She arrived back in the
UK in a wheel chair, where she will rest for a while at her home. The fall will not effect the filming
of their movie which begins shooting this month.

- Spice The Movie

- The spice girls have announced at the Cannes film festival
that their new movie entitled simply "Spice The Movie" will begin filming in June of this year.
The movie will star the fab five reinacting five days of their life. The film will show the unique friendship
the girls have for each other, and their main objective which is to have fun.
The movie will be partly written by Jennifer Saunders who appeared in the
comic relief special of "Who Do You Think You Are!".
Richard E Grant is confirmed to play the role of their manager in the film.
During the press conference Geri got the press to do a mexican wave.

- England will get its chance to see the Spice Girls Live on May the 9th.
The Spice Girls will be playing at the Prince's Trust Royal Gala at Manchester Opera House where they will be backed
by a 32 piece orchestra.

Woolworths and Whsmiths.
The video went on sale on monday the 14th april and is their debut video

The book went on sale on the 7th of April.
