The Poor Man's Web Page

To all of you who have been hounding me for info, here's a quick update of where all the guys are now. Jim graduated from school and is now on his way to seminary somewhere in the midwest. Dan joined another band named Marathon(a little bit of a local band from Atlanta), but after about 6 months he decided that the road was no place for him and decided to focus on a career with the BBPress, although you can still catch him playing an acoustic gig or two around town. After teaching Pre-K in Guatemala for a few years, Thomas has taken his Hammond organ to the Keys to pursue a career as a bar singer. And poor Craig, after being in and out of rehab for the abuse of controlled substances, can now be found serving "Nekkid Dawgs" at the Varsity to hungry sports fans on game day. I hope this satisfies all the die hard PMF (and you like it like that) fans out there.

Poor Man's Field has decided to take a break for a while. This may be temporary or it may be for good. If they get back together then I will let everyone know. Until then, this page will not be updated. I've got other things to do. If they don't get back together then this page will quietly disappear. Let's pray for God's will in this situation. Here's a little explanation from Craig.

Welcome to the "Poor Man's" web page. So you've never heard of Poor Man's Field. Check out the rest of the page. See if you like it. Click on the mail link at the bottom to get booking information and PMF merchandise information. Poor Man's Field is pretty main stream. Their style is a mix between southern rock, pop, and just plain rock and roll. Check us out and then sign the Guestbook to tell us what you think.

So you may think that I am a little slack. Well summer isn't a very good time for a ton of updates. PMF has had a pretty busy summer. They went on a 17 day mission trip to Slovakia and have played 2, yes let's count them, 2 other shows. PMF played at Six Flags again, and again they were a hit. It was a great time. Check the "Shows" section for some updated information. They are in the midst of recording their debut CD. Never mind they're not doing that any more. We'll see. Thanks for your interest in Poor Man's Field and enjoy your stay at the Poor Man's Web Page!!

If you have any other questions then send me some email (click here). I can normally find out just about anything.
