Hiya everyone! 'Tis Shamie.. how's my little minions? Hope all is well, and.. err.. that i can still try to talk my dad into having some of you crash at my place for the Kitchener show (i'm working on it - still) ..but yes, an interesting thing happened to me last weekend. heh Heh.. You see, I was going to see a friend of mine perform a little play at the same theatre that i just finished Romeo & Juliet at. So, i'm sitting in the audience of the little theatre ta ing a look through the program and for some reason this one name stands out to me for some reason.. I don't think much of it until, *ahem* Mark Makowy walks in the theatre and sits down 2 or 3 seats from me with his wife! It was Sara Makowy, his sister who was in the play with my friend! Shit.. I almost laughed when he came in, it was as if WAY too much of my past walked through that door, i swear *L*. And if it had happened 2 or 3 years ago, shhhhiiiitt would I have gone ballistic. *L* So, yeah. durring the intermissions I talked to him, talked to his wife about her being Brittish, talked to his sister (who was great in the show, btw)talked about my hair (*L*.. i've dyed all the tips black and they found that, ..odd.) ...and, Yeah. It was very cool. And who saw THAT happening one uneventfull Sunday afternoon.. shhit. OOoh.. and i just saw the Underground video, and I'm *very* impressed. I loved the concept so much! Yay boys! ..Keep well everyone. Love ya :)

EVERYBODY PLEASE READ THIS!!! I MISS THE MINIONS!!! Hi everyone. I haven't been here in such a long time, I feel like I am totally out of the loop (probably because I am). I truly miss the minions and the mistresses and regret losing contact with the vast majority of you. I hope you guys remember me! I was reading over some old e-mails tonight (I was finally going to delete some of them, as I tend to keep everything being the huge pack rat I am) and was reading some of the ones from my minion family and realized how much I missed you all and how much the mi ions meant to me, and I thought I would come here and say hi. So what happened on Much Music with The Pants Page!? I didn't even realize it...congrats Jaded! The minions are famous! But the truth is I don't even feel like a minion any more cause I haven't talked to anyone in so long...I have unfortunately lost touch. Well, here's some updated info on me if anyone is interested: I am now 19 and I graduated from KCVI in Kingston this year (i.e. David Usher's former high school!). Next year I am attending Wil rid Laurier, and I am hoping to make the hockey team there. I still adore Moist...their music means so much to me; I haven't seen them live in...wow, almost two years! And I still dream about one day meeting the band. I need to see Moist live again soon a d I would love to meet them! Maybe one day when David comes to town to visit his parents I will run into him down town or something...yeah right...not likely. I am also a huge fan of Sarah McLachlan and most Canadian music in general. I hope my old minion friends will keep in contact with me; maybe with the release of Moist's new album our friendships will be rekindled. I honestly have missed everyone for a long time. Okay, I'm baaaaaaaaack, for those of you who missed me. Here's what happened, the boy downloaded a game and corrupted my computer. Hey guys. It's been a while, I know, but there are some things that I have to say. I know almost all of you out there are cringing that I'm even bringing it up again, but I need to say this to feel completely at ease. Well on the problem of the theif over at Jen's page. I have recently noticed that she has stolen My David Usher picture page and copied it exactly. So I have taken a little action. I e-mailed geocities, since her page is on there, at abuse@oocities.com this is the E-mail abuse address but it is the only real e-mail address and not just a form to fill out. Although I have never thought of it as any sort of 'elite club' (after all, they let ME in!), I didn't know that our leaders had consciously been denying people acceptance into our little fold. After thinking about it though, I think I understand. What else was th re to do? The PANTS were growing away from their roots, and the problem increased as the member count did. I'm lucky that I got in when I did. If Jaded or Embittered are reading this, well, I was going to put the following in an e-mail, but you're enco raging openness with this issue, so here's my take... SOME PEOPLE STILL THINK YOU GUYS HAVE DONE A GREAT JOB! Not all these problems are your fault or responsibility. I wish people hadn't been denied acceptance at all, but I see that it was necessary. I consider myself somewhere in between the 'senior' Minions (the best word I could come up with, although I hate to make this a heirarchy) and all the newer members. Maybe my clarity has come from being detached. I have chatted with Minions a grand tot l of ONCE, and I know only a few of you well. To me, the PANTS was always a friendly place. I never thought of myself as better than any other Moist fans for being a Minion, and I never sensed that any Minions felt differently. I know there has been so e negative vibes from non-Minions with regards to our "clique", but I don't know to what extent. (If someone wants to fill me in, that would be great). All I have to say to these people is YOU ARE WRONG. To me The PANTS have always been (and in my mind will always BE) a positive thing, that was based on silly vinyl-pants jokes, the love of Moist and frienships. It was fun because it INCLUDED, not because it EXCLUDED. I hate cliques, and would never have asked to join if I thought that this was one. still don't think it is. If this is the end, then I hope that anyone reading this can understand my feelings on the phenomenon known as the PANTS. It has been good to me. As this is just an opinion, you are all welcome to tear it up as you see fit. I ask of you to please stay away from personal insults, though, as a person cannot be defined by their viewpoint. I hope that more of you will post on the future of the PANTS so that I'm not the only one inviting anyone and everyone into my mind. One last thing, for Jaded or anyone who knows...what flack have you taken from the band? I was under the impression that the band didn't have a problem with this? Am I misinformed? I hope this isn't the end, but if it is then I want you all to know that I have always thought highly of my Minion friends, and that won't change. "An eye for an eye leaves everyone blind" Jessica

Umm Edenfest was a one timer thing that happened in '96, I don't think there are plans for another one. The band list included Bush, The Tragically Hip and many more (can't remember) it was pretty big.

Concerts at molson park in Barrie?? let's see, there usually is a big band there at some point and Another Roadside Attraction, Edgefest and much more. the Tickets range quite a bit, early birds for Another roadside Attraction are $30 and can end as high as $100. the rest I'm unsure of but figure somewhere in that range as well. How long the show is depends on the price too. Edenfest was 3 days long and was $135 a ticket (without camper or car going in) with RV or some sort of camper is about $250. there ya go
