I like this song. The idea of taking a British childrens television star and twisting it is an incredible one. Yes, for those not from Britain, Charly is a cat who warns children to "always tell your mummy before you go off somewhere". Ingenius. My friend figured out that the distorted sound after the "meow" is the "meow" backwards.
