NAME: Chris James
INSTRUMENT: Bass
AGE: 17
INFLUENCES: Although Chris plays with a distinctive, driving, hip-hop flavoured style his musical origins have to lie in Seattle. Raised on too many grunge bands to mention Chris is often found with anything from Pearl Jam to recent Foo Fighter hits. Also in regular rotation are tracks by KoRn, Neurosis, Diecide & especially Machine Heads Ten Ton Hammer : )
EQUIPMENT: None. As Chris originally set out to play guitar he currently relies on lending others bass equipment. Special thanks must go out to Greg and Dav for lending the stuff.
NAME: Jon Wellings
INSTRUMENT: Vocals
AGE: 16
INFLUENCES: Jon regularly admits that he aspires to be one Rob Flynn of Machine Head fame. On top of that add a kean interest in anything from the Deftones to Human Waste project. Jon's influences range widely, if your lucky you may discover such CD's in his collection as Ant & Decs 'Lets get Ready to Rumble' or even House Anthems. Jon also states a passion for Seattle with a concession towards the likes of Brad and Alice in Chains.
NAME: Tom Collins
INSTRUMENT: Guitar
AGE: 17
INFLUENCES: Having spent his early teens listening to metal standards such as Metallica's Master of Puppets, Tom has a passion for heavy guitar. He is now more settled listening to the variety of SoCal bands that have sprung up in recent years. Current faves include the Deftones, Snot and Human Waste Project.
EQUIPMENT: "My main guitar is an Epiphone Les Paul. We tune the E down to D. Then I run through a Dod FX7 processor into a Marshall."
NAME: Lee Evans
INSTRUMENT: Drums
AGE: 16
INFLUENCES: Lee's passion lies behind numerous punk bands from Pennywise to NOFX and onwards. The influence is often very evident in his playing and he just loves fast tempos. Other favourites range from Rage Against the Machine to KoRn.
EQUIPMENT: Lee currently uses Pearl drums - Snare, two Toms, Floor and Bass. He also plays with Zigjian cymbals.
