Re: X-Files Case #9637

Scully,

So the mystery of why we're getting copies of mail to/from the Millennium Group is solved! (Frank screwed up and typed the "bcc" in the wrong place). If they want us to see this stuff, it must have all been misinformation intended to mislead us. Anyway, now I know who took my notes! I would say he stole all my ideas, except that he apparently knew more about the "messages from the future" thing than I did.

I don't know whether to take this seriously or not now, but did you notice that little sarcastic remark by Frank to his boss indicating that the Millennium Group may be behind Manson's time travel technology? What Frank didn't say, and which wasn't in my notes, is that I suspect the same thing, and that not only did they send Frank in to switch the bottles at the Dayton show, but that the reason they did it is because THEY ALREADY KNEW HOW IT WAS GOING TO TURN OUT, and had gone back into the past to alter an event which had already taken place. But now it didn't happen (except on a parallel timeline) because they prevented it, and everyone's memory of the "Dayton Working" as you called it, has been erased.

The US government *does* have the technology to do this. It's all documented in the Philadelphia Experiment/Montauk project files which we just decoded from the MJ-12 documents.

Mulder.
