Q:Why the sound i get from my WinAmp player is flickering?
(flickering=making small pauses,distortions,etc)		 A:This is a very common problem, but it's solution is usually simple.
Most of the times, the flickering is happening because of some misconfigurations on the WinAmp preferences,especially on slower computers,CD-Roms,etc.
So try this out:
Run WinAmp-> Options-> Preferences-> Plug-Ins
and select the WaveOut Plug-In instead of the Direct Sound Plug-In.
Also try removing and DSP Audio Plug-Ins you may have installed in the past because they cause a pretty big slow-down in the MP3 decoding proccess.
