SIOUXSIE & THE BANSHEES
Ah and then there was Siouxsie Sioux queen of the "Gothics". Siouxsie and the Banshees never made it really big, the did have some short term success with the songs "Peek-a-boo" and "Kiss Them For Me" but the were never a chart topping band. The Band was comprised mainly of Siouxsie, of course, and Budgie, the other members seemed to change with the setting sun. Some former members of the band include Robert Smith of the Cure and Sid Vicious of the Sex Pistols. As far as I know Siouxsie and the Banshees is still around although they haven't put out an album in sometime now. I personally suggest you go out and buy some of their earlier albums like "Through the Looking Glass" or "Tinderbox". You may also want to check out The Creatures album "Boomerang". "Boomerang" is another collaboration between Siouxsie and Budgie.
