Army of the Parasites is a six piece band from The SanFerando Valley, Simi Valley and Carillo. they play a cross between Crust/Gloom Core. AOTP started out with Scott-Drums, Alex-Guitar, Andrew-Bass, Micah-Vocals and Bianca-Vocals. Latter T.J.(guitarist of Nuclear Society) was asked to sing and they played a few shows this way but soon after Bianca left the band. Jessica was taken as the third vocalist and this line up lasted for a time. AOTP played several shows and started recording on an album, until Micah left the band. The line up then remained steady for a while and they finished the album and played clubs like the Roxy and such. But soon their line up changed once more. Danny (drummer for Destroy Babylon), was now playing drums for AOTP. The line up was now T.J.-vocals, Jessica-Vocals, Andrew-Guitar, Alex-Guitar, Scott-Bass and Danny-Drums. There is talk however of AOTP adding another Female and male vocalist. AOTP is recording a split 7" with Soilent Green, and a Split 12" with Destroy Babylon. AOTP is also touring 11 states with Soilent Green this summer. They will start in San Diego and go north to Portland and all the way east to Minneapolis and then back through the south.
