¬ miami, fl - 7.10.98

Well I didn't meet them!!!!! I was soooooo depressed!!!!!!! But I still gave the letters to their bodyguards! I only went to the show in miami!!! It was soooooooooo awsome!!!! 1st Aaron came out with his 2 back-up dancers,then This 2 girl pop group called "Soap" then finally Jimmy Ray with his 2 back-up female dancers.

Finally Bsb Came out! Then their stage was sooo huge!!! they were all on the top of the stage (platform) each seperated from eachother and fireworks shooting out beside each of them!!!! finally they came down the platform and open "That's what she said" Theywere wearing like this red black and white outfits put together with goggles and black gloves heavy jackets and pants with hats and a.j (usual) with his shades! Howie, had a little bard but it wasver thin!!!! But to be honest with you it looked really good on him! Brian hadn't changed at all it seemed like if he never had he surgery!!!!! Nick cut his hair but it's still long but not the way he had it in the video. A.J cut his hair and i bearly noticed but he had red curly curls off the top of his head. Kevin looked the same but at the same time he looked much better!!! I' telling you in person they look soooo much better!!! All 5 of them!!

Then as that song finished let's see bare with me i was to busy screaming and taking pics i can't remeber not to mention i was in the 2nd row!!!!!!! Then i think they sang "Let's have a party" oh ya then "We've got it going on" and at the very end of that sang you know like in the last note well in that last note instead of you hearing a last note you heard a bang and they bowed exactky when he explosion happened it was sooo awsome! But it scraed the hell out of me since i was right their.

Then they left but as that song or one other one i can't rember howie left 1st i was like "Oh he's probably going to come out my himself" Well sre enough I was right Howie came out out of this platform in the top slowly coming out woth this blue silky whitish outfit with 2 dozen roses on his hand!!!Then he said in spanish (since it was in miami) "Como estas miami!!!" (that means how are you miami) He then started singing "My heart Stays with you" As he was singing confetti came out of the top and it was red!!! the perfect color! he then started throwing roses into the crowd he looked at me and gave me one of those sweet winks and threw me the rose!!!!! I caught (barely) it was a fake rose and their was a note attached saying "My heart stays with you" it also had his signature!!!!!!! After he left I think A.J came out and did his solo "Lay down beside me" oh not to mention howie and a.j were both wearing the same thing (as well as all of them except the only difference was) A.j and howie's shirt were opened and they were both sweaty!!!!!!! A.j caught a rose that was thrown at him and came to where me nd my cousin Jackie) were and He did the nastiest thing ever!!!!!!!!!! He grabbed his rose and started doing like this rolling back thing and started the rose at his neck and slowly worked hi way down till he got......you know where!!!! (he,he,he) and then he got on the floor and instead of doin like these push ups he did...um...well he acted like he was doing the floor!!!! *LOL* Everyone (including myself and my cousin) were screaming!!!! Well once that torture was over I think Brian came out and sat down and did his solo "That's what she said" (the wong that he personally wrote!) but the weirdest thing he said that didn't make any sense was that was going to be on the new album!!! I was like o.k???? Anyways, he was playing that song with his spanish guitar!! (He looked so sweet!!!!)oh not to mention confetti came out and slowly fell to the ground!! he had pants and awhite tank top he was also with this other guitar male player!!! He was walking with his guitar and came over to where i was and stayed their singing for like a good 40 seconds!!!!!! Then when that was over Nick came out and was all the way on the top of the platform and stayed their throughout the song he was wearing the same tfits that a.j and owie had except he had a white tank top underneath He sang "Heaven in your eyes" He sang it soooooooooo beautifully!!!!!! at one part though where he sings the word "heaven" the last time he sings that word like forever he holded that word for soooo long!!! so long that it started effectin my ears!! (honestly!!) well when he finished that word! *L* he stopped and smiled at the crowd and grabbed the mike and got to his knees and sang "In your eyes" and that was done that beautiful song was over!!!! :0( I loved the way he sang that song!!!! Then kevin came out he still had on what he had on in the begining and sang "Nobody but you" he had a cool tanktop! well after that (i don't remeber) I think they did "BOYS WILL BE BOYS"

then they left and they all came t in the same blue and white outfits and sand "I'll never break your heart" but this time they were sitting in stools and no girls on stage anymore! :0( then when that was over they sang "Darlin" brian said "Alright we want to divied the audience into 2 this side (which was mine) were on a.j and kevin's side we had to sing "tell me what to do to make things right" then on the right where nick and howie were they had to sing "Darln" once we stared doing that brian did the sweetest thing like when one side would sing hew ould hold his index finger against his mouth to make sure that side didn't sing! He was sooo adorable!!! Then after that they went into "Quit playing gmaes" and when they stared the band screewed up then the group was like "What's wrong you guys play it write!" so the they stared again and mesed up! so then the group was like making faces to the crowd like saying "I have no idea what's going on!!" nick looked at me during one of those times he made those i don't know expressions!!! I wanted to melt!!!! then the band said "well if you think you could do better why don't you play the song!" so then they asked the crowd if it was a good idea and of course we said "Yeah!" so nick was on my side (hehe) on the drums and a.j was alos on my side with the bass guitar and over on the right of the stage kevin on his keyboards and howie on the spanish guitar and brian on the bongos. Oh not to mention nick played the drums for a second like to make sure he was warmed up he definetly improved on his drumming skills!!! Then they started playing the song and me and my cousin staretd singing the words and doing the dance steps they were all looking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! cause in my area we were like the tallest ones their!!!! no one else were doing the things that me and my cousin were doing!!!!! I couldn't tell if nick was looking cause he was behind the drums but for a fact the 4 of them were!!!!!! A.J looked and said "Well...I see we have 2 fine looking honies doing our dances for us..maybe we should bring them on stage!! eh..fellas" I wanted to die!!!!!!!!!!! When that song was over nick had 3 bears on his drums he looked me and worded out of his mouth "You want the bear?" I was like yeah yeahyeah!!!!" I caught it but at that moment someone grabbed it out of my arms!!!! I wanted to start crying at that moment!!!! I caught it nd someone had to be sooo rude and grab it off of me!!! Anyways,...after that they did "As long as you love me" then they had on the silky blue pnts but they had on white tank tops all 5 of them!!! I must say nick has been working out!!!!!Whie they were doing that song someone threw too hats that said "howie & Brian" They each wore them they looked sooo cute in them!!! Anyway, while they were doing that song me and my cousin once again, stared doing that dance routine and kevin looked at us he started moving head saying something to us but i couldn't hear him!!! he then said something to howie and they both smiled!!!!!!!!!! Then once that was over a.j came to wear i was and gave me this wave and a killer smile!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Of course i waved and gave him a smile!!! I'll never ever forget that moment!!!!!!!!! Then once that ordeal was over "Sigh" they sang "Hey Mr.D.j" Me and my cousin did the dance steps to thst song kevin and a.j were on are side and gave a wave!!!!! after that they all went to the back and on the screens they played the video "Everbody (backstreet's bsck)" Once the video was over the stage started rising and this huge crim creeper guy came out with this big axe pretending to slash everbody with it!!! then these coffins came out and as they turned around all five of them were their and their arms were crossed over their chest as if they were draculas and at tha moment the coffins turned around fire came out!!!! right by me it was soooooooo hot i could feel it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally they sang that song!!! and it was done and gave their final bows!!! and i got right up to the front and each of them touched my hand a.j said something like "I liked your moves" or something like that i was lie thanxs a,j!!!!!! and then they left!!!!!!! It was over!!! :0( I swear it went by way tooo fast!!! After when the lghts went back on i saw official books that cost like $15.00 on the ground so of course i took advantge and grabbed one for me!!!!! and this poster that this fan made with millions of pics on the poster!!! also when you 1st go inside the building they hand you like this brochure on how to pick pictures from that show!!!!!!! The guys personally pick!!!!!!! Well that was it my day was over so i never met them never got anything signed but i delivered those letters that you guys wanted me to do I'm sorry everbody I'm being totally 100% honest with you!!!! I tried but my freind coudln't go at the last minute because her ride couldn't go becuase she was having a baby!!! (no joke!!!!!!!!) I thought i would be honest with you guys rather than lie and say "Oh i met them and got this signed" So Noone's more sorry than me!!! But I'm not regretful about anything I talked to a.j for like a second!!! Touched all of their hands at one point! And made major eye contact with all of them!!!! The only thing i regret was not holding on tighter to nick's bear!! Oh and that rose i gave to my cousin since howie's her favorite. Well that was an awsome concert and will never forget it for the rest of my life!!!

P.S. Sorry this was sooo long...but their were more parts of the show trust me if you were their you know too... but i can't remeber I was taking pics,screaming,smiling,dancing,singing along can you honestly blame me!!!! *L*

If you guys ever get lucky enough to go to one of their shows. Be grateful their are lot of other people who would die to go but can't cause the guys haven't been over their at all!!! So enjoy every minute of it cause you never know when they'll be back! So keep smiling and keep "Grooving to the music" cause "Backstreet's back" and their's no stopping it this time! C-ya! Oh yeah one more thing... Keep The Backstreet Pride Alive!
