Sweet75, from our understanding, is Krist's new
band. As far as that goes, that's pretty much all we know about the band.
No music videos, no airplay on the radio, or much of anything to support the band.
Regardless of that, if someone wants to put something on the internet, they can.
Even Sweet75 fans.
Graphics
About the test:
Matrox Millenium G200 8MB
used.
ASTVision 4I monitor used at
16-bit color and 800x600 pixels.
Browsers tested: IE Beta
5/Netscape Navigator 4.01/NeoPlanet 2.0
The graphics one the page show the author's taste in frames.
Since there are a lot of frames, the page tends to feel a bit "crowded."
Some of the frames are not useful, particularly the top center and top left frame.
The background is black, and the main choice for text is the color white. In
the top left pane, there is a logo for DGC, in the lower left pane are the sections for
the site. The resolution for the page is a bit out of the ordinary. Far beyond
a 800x600 resolution or a 1028x768 resolution. However with Netscape, all of that changes
-- it looks a lot better. All of the browsers tested seem to work fine with
the page.

Information
Here are the sections and a description, if available:
- Sweet75 - Want to know how the band got started?
All of that information is found in this section. This is mainly an article,
but it does provide the information.
- Tabs - Well, this is no comparison to Nirvana tabs.
Why? Sadly, they [Sweet75] are not as "popular" as Nirvana, so its
kind of hard to have the tabs distributed. There are tabs for four songs, three out
of those four are guitar tabs.
- Lyrics - All of the songs for their debeut album are
listed. It also says 'who-did-what' for each song.
- Interviews - Only two reviews available. One with
Krist alone and one with Krist and Yva.
- Articles - With Krist in a new band, you can bet there
are a couple of articles out there. Indeed, there are...eight of them.
- Old Tours - Find out when Sweet75 played, where they
played, and who they played with.
- Biography - You might consider this a discography
rather than a biography. It includes interview, bootlegs, and what not. It
provides the length of the tape, the grade for quality, and the setlist or information.
- History - This is a brief description of how they met.
The only difference is that it is not in an interview.
- Links - A few links to Nirvana pages and places that
sells CDs.
- Krist - A little bit of information about Krist and his
background.
- Timeline - This page has the Nirvana timeline, which
provides thorough information about Krist.
- Krist's Equipment - The equipment he used while in
Nirvana.
Multimedia and Other
A list of each section under this topic and, if available, a
description:
- Pictures - Twenty-three pictures from his Nirvana days
and a few from the present.
- Guestbook - Sign or View the guestbook this page has.
Conclusion
This is, as far as I am concerned, a decent Sweet75 page.
Since there are not a lot out there, I really can not compare it to anything.
Hopefully it will provide more information, and perhaps some more multimedia on the
way.
