the Last
Domino Records WIGCD10 (1993)
Recorded at Blackwing Studios, December 1993.
As the title suggests, this was Leatherface's "last" real album before the big breakup.

- Little White God (Stubbs, Hammond) Also the title track to the "Little White God" 7".
- In My Life (Stubbs) There's an otherwise unrealeased acoustic version of this song on "Discography, Part 2".
- Patrick Kills Me (Stubbs, Hammond)
- Shipyards (Stubbs) A strange "piano and vocals mix" (everything else is very, very quiet but still audible) is on "Discography, Part 2".
- Daylight Comes (Stubbs, Hammond)
- Desert Island (Stubbs)
- Winsome, Losesome (Redmond, Crighton, Wells) This is a Snuff cover, from their first LP "Snuff Said..." The Leatherface version is almost exactly like the original since Duncan, the singer/drummer from Snuff, does all the singing. The only real difference is the weird bell sound effects and the strange, spliced in bit with the race car noises. An elaborate in-joke? Also the title track to the "Win Some, Lose Some" 7".
- Ba Ba Ba Ba Boo (Stubbs) In the early Jamaican reggae days, singers would occasionally do a record singing in the Louie Armstrong voice, under the name [blank] Satchmo. I remember a "Pat Satchmo" off the top of my head, but I know I've heard others including at least one woman. This song should really be credited to "Frankie Satchmo". You can also hear it in all it's raspy glory on the "Win Some, Lose Some" 7".
