Cumulutive
GPA Information
The cumulative
GPA for UNO students is calculated using quality hours (graded hours)
from UNO, UNL, UNK and UNMC.
Transfer credit from other institutions is NOT figured
into the cumulative GPA.

Graduation
Honors GPA Information
ALL grades
from ALL institutions are used in determining the GPA for graduation
honors. Please contact the Registrar's Office with questions regarding
how the GPA for graduation honors is calculated.

Academic
Probation & Suspension
If the
notation "Probation" or "Suspension" appears on
your grade report, please contact your advisor or the Dean's Office
of your college to determine what action to take. This should be done
immediately. Also review the "Academic Probation" and "Academic
Suspension" sections of the Undergraduate Catalog.

Useful
Information Pertaining to Grade Problems
Situation:
1. Grade Report shows a grade of "NR".
|
What To Do:
A "NR" is usually the result of an unreturned grade roster
or submission of an invalid grade. Contact your instructor. Obtain
instructor's phone number by calling (402) 554-2800.
|
2.
Grade Report is incorrect.
- A
course is listed for which you did not register.
- A
course is not listed and you did register or add the course.
- You
proceessed a CR/NC change and it is not reflected on your report.
|
Report the error immediately (within one week after viewing your
grade report) to the Registrar's Office, EAB 105. Bring your doucmentation
of the transaction in question to the Registrar's Office.
