Another solid game by Petr, but I still don't think he's gotton into the rhythm that he was in during the second half of last season. Nonetheless, Sykie's got 6 points in 6 games. Heres the ticker recap:

New Jersey outshot Ottawa, 11-4, in the second period and grabbed a 3-1 advantage at the midway point when Niedermayer scored his first goal of the season.
