Welcome friends and well met! You have entered the
library and, therefore, must seek knowledge. We have a
few rules to attend to and then you may proceed to your
search.
The library has been structured to help players learn
how to use the various cards. It is not a store to purchase
from. For that, you may seek out Uberduppy's Sanctum Store.
Players are allowed to borrow up to 5 cards at a time. This
is done on a collateral system, where the player trades a card
of equal value for the card they wish to borrow. mulitple cards
may be borrowed against a card of greater value.
Cards are to be returned in 2 weeks. When the card is again
elidgable to be traded, it must be returned to the library and
the player's card wll be returned to him/her. Failure to return
it will forfiet the players colateral card and his library
priveldges will be suspended until such time as he returns the
card in question. A replacement card can be traded for or
purchased from Uberduppy's store. At that time, the player will
again be able to use the library. Three such infractions will
result in permanent loss of Library privledges.
Under some circumstances, it may be allowable to fill out your
deck with common and uncommon cards. Providing there is a surplus
and the cards are available, We may grant a permanent trade of
common and Uncommon cards. This excludes all rares as this is a
donation based library. It is hard to get rares donated as is and
to allow them to be permanently traded is not in our best interest.
Any time a player has a surplus of cards, he can donate to the
library. We will gladly accept any and all donations and your help
is greatly appreciated. Remember! This library is here for us all
and will be better off if everyone helps!
