Anime conventions, being an Otaku, and just overall loving anime
is what Comic Party is all about. Nothing but a sheer tribute
to anime and all that revolves around it (mind you this is in Japan
of course). A young high school student and his friend dare to
make the best dojinshi and try to become famous artists. Of course
there are a few problems in the way, like learning the process of
making a book, getting into the convention, not to mention selling
their books. Trying to become a great artist is more than
anyone sees...
My Brother, and My Sister! This anime is a show that clearly
displays what anime/dojinshi/manga is all about. Sadly enough this doesn't
goes for North America on a regular basis. But hey, this is what
conventions should be like. The colour is just amazing and the characters
are funny and fresh, making it quite an eye pleaser. It is based in reality
making it easy to relate to and the characters are like the people you
see on the street, making it very believable. There are no cool mecha,
magical powers, 3D battles, its just pure love of anime. Watch this all
you anime lovers just to show you how not alone you are in the world.
Sadly there is not much story in it but there is a surprisingly good
amount of character development. If you are between good animes this is
one you should take a peak on, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Not to sure how available it is, haven't seen it on shelves. I'm
sure if you dig around the Internet enough you should find it.
