HAIL ILLAPLATZO-SAMA!!! Today we are gonna, blah, blah, blah,
blah to take over the world = failure. Try taking over the world with two
of the "smartest" subjects, one nuts beyond recognition, the other
somewhere between death and life, things couldn't be any easier, NOT.
This band of unlikely terrorist try to take over the world many, many, many
times (sounds like a Saturday morning cartoon). Will they ever take over
the world or will the just as incompetent defense force stop them??
What to say bout this anime...it's funny I'll give it that. It's
crazy and it makes fun of every possible anime/Japanese show they
can fit in. To be short, Excel Saga is really funny with no real
story until the end. But with even that it, stands up to its pure craziness
and hilarity. Oh yea, watch out for the last episode, it is very
ecchi material.
