Are you living with a family that suddenly changes into an
animal from the Chinese zodiac when you hug them? Then you must be
Honda Tohru (or you're just nuts). Honda Tohru has started living
with the Souma family, and they just happened to be cursed with the
ability to transform into Chinese zodiac animals when they are
hugged by the opposite sex. Will they ever get along?
What a pleasure it was to watch this anime. Vibrantly
coloured and oh so nicely drawn. The story wasn't that bad either.
The characters were just amazing!! Each of them was soo unique.
Each had their own like/dislikes as well as their own tendencies
for certain subjects. I actually was really hooked by the series
watching 3 episodes in a row when I got the chance (more if I had
anymore time). Fruits Basket is a real treat for anime enthusiast
and maybe even the new comers to anime.
