Chicks from outer space, smashing weird aliens with a guitar,
sounds weird doesn't it? What happens when a woman suddenly
walks into your life and things literally start popping out of your head?
Not just any "things," I'm talking like building tall. FLCL, Furi Kuri,
Fooly Cooly, whatever you want to call this series, is all about
that, as well as some guy with seaweed eyebrows. I really can't
write proper overview for this anime.
Uh...what to say...it was pretty good (how's that for
starters). This anime tops my weird list although, it was fun to watch.
One of the greater works by the legendary anime company, Ginax,
it stands up to the expectations of the viewers. Although not as
GREAT as Evangelion it still is not a bad watch. One of the better
aspects of this anime is its soundtrack. MY GOD, it is one of the
best, if not THE best, soundtracks I've heard. I actually have a
couple of songs on CD and I love listening to them on a regular basis.
