A city of snow, lost memories, and a mystery to solve. Kanon is a
story about a young man returning to his past, yet sadly he does
not remember most of it. Throughout the story he encounters old
acquaintances and new friends that jog his memory. Will his memory
return or will he stay unaware of the past that he has already
walked?
Kanon is actually a pretty good anime. Based off a dating sim
(I think), it is actually is not a bad job. The colouring is just
phenomenal and the characters are drawn pretty well. The overall tone
of the story is pretty sad, and will be like that the whole way through.
Each character has their own problem and the main character is somehow
tied with each of them. The character development is just amazing!
Each episode thoroughly goes through a character's past and present,
then solves each flawlessly. Even though these kind of animes aren't my
"cup of tea" I was pretty impressed by the work and effort put into
making it.
