My friend Tido (James) told me to watch this OVA. So I watched this over ten times.
Rurouni Kenshin first OVA is the best. It is put in one of my favorites colleciton. This is a story about a wandering samurai drama love life. This OVA has stunning animation that you can not believe. A must see for any anime fan. 5 star rating from baboo128. =P
Shinta is the picture of the boy holding the sword. His master gave him a new name, Kenshin because its not manly enough. He learned the way of the sword at a very young age because he wants to save lives. Some how he joined the goverment and became an assassin. Story is pretty wild and you must watch it more than once. From this anime you learn how he got the scars on his face and you learn why he became a Ruruoni (wanderer).
Full of action, suspense, and romance. This anime has it all. Not for some young viewers as there is much blood in some of the scenes... well most of the scenes. If you like samurai and action this anime is for you.
